1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of givrel.com (the "Website"), operated by Givrel Studios LLP, operating as Givrel ("Givrel", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. About Givrel

Givrel Studios LLP is a creative company registered in India. It designs and builds original products, films, artworks and technology, and undertakes selective design partnerships. Its first product is Crois, a language learning platform.

3. Products

Products operated by Givrel under their own brands — including applications, websites and platforms such as Crois — are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. These Terms apply only to the Website, unless a product expressly adopts them.

4. Use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Website or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
• Scrape, harvest or collect information from the Website by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including artworks, photographs, films, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks and software, and including works created with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools — is owned by Givrel Studios LLP or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission. No AI training or data mining. You may not use any content from the Website — including images, films, designs and text — to train, fine-tune, ground or evaluate any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model, or for text-and-data-mining purposes, whether directly or through a third party. Givrel expressly reserves its rights under Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790 and all equivalent laws. Automated access for these purposes is prohibited regardless of robots.txt or similar signals.

Trademarks. GIVREL and CROIS, and their associated logos and wordmarks, are trademarks of Givrel Studios LLP. Nothing in these Terms or on the Website grants any right to use them.

6. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Givrel Studios LLP and its partners, officers and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Givrel regarding the Website.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
